Shipping and Return Policies
Beam ships orders via USPS within the 50 United States. Carrier may vary based on items and destination. Beam does not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to military bases.
Most orders ship within 1-5 business days of your order being placed, provided the ordered items are in stock. You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order and you will receive an email with tracking information once your items ship. Orders typically take 7-10 business days to be delivered once shipped.
Here at Beam, we love our products and know that you will too. But, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Beam, you can return your item(s) for a full product refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unused and in the original packaging you received them in.) Please email our Member Success Team at email@example.com with your Full Name and Order Number, and a return merchandise authorization number will be issued for your return. Please note that only items purchased from our online store may be returned. For the majority of returns, it will take about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center and process your refund*. It may take (depending on your credit card company) an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. Our worst fear is that you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise! If this is the case, please email our Member Success Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Full Name, Order Number, and issue with your product so we can resolve this issue ASAP.
*Beam is not responsible for lost or stolen orders in transit to our fulfillment center.
